Abstract

This dataset contains the complete results from a comprehensive exposome-wide association study (ExWAS) on asthma, conducted using the UK Biobank cohort. The dataset includes summary-level results from epidemiological analyses exploring the associations between multidimensional exposome factors and asthma risk.Specifically, the dataset provides:Results from Cox proportional hazards models with all subsequent covariate adjustments across the entire exposome;Summary results from ExWAS for both the training and test cohortsAll data are presented in aggregated, non-identifiable form to ensure participant privacy and comply with UK Biobank data access policies. The dataset is intended to support transparency, reproducibility, and secondary analyses for researchers interested in asthma etiology.
