Abstract

Data file 6. Genome-scale phylogenetic tree of Streptococcus shenyangsis KHUD_015 based on the GBDP approachThe tree was inferred using the FastME 2.1.6.1 algorithm based on intergenomic distances calculated from whole-genome sequences using the Genome BLAST Distance Phylogeny (GBDP) approach. Branch lengths are scaled according to the GBDP distance formula d5. The numbers above the branches represent GBDP pseudo-bootstrap support values (> 60%) derived from 100 replications, with an average branch support of 78.9%. The tree was rooted at the midpoint. Strain KHUD_015 clustered robustly with the S. shenyangsis D19 type strain with 100% bootstrap support, confirming its phylogenetic placement within the S. shenyangsis lineage.
