R script: Declines in reptile diversity and abundance under a savanna land-use legacy

The file is an annotated R script to 1) compare the diversity and composition of reptile assemblages in untransformed and historically transformed habitat; 2) model the effect sizes of habitat structure variables on counts of each species and estimate relative abundance across the two habitats; and 3) assess whether changes in abundance in response to transformation are associated with the traits of the reptile species involved. The script to produce Figures 2, 3, and 4 of the submitted manuscript is also provided. Data provided as "Declines in reptile diversity and abundance_Dataset.zip".
