Amazon climate corridors data and code v1
Abstract
This repository contains R code and data for analyses in the paper, originally submitted as "A regional-scale assessment of climate-resilient corridors and connectivity in the Amazon."Because our original repository was over 70GB in size, mostly due to large geospatial datasets, we have not included most of those in this repository. However, this study used almost exclusively publicly available datasets and those wishing to reproduce our analyses can check the references section in the paper to access the original data. To balance repository size constraints and transparency, the only data we included in this repository are the start and end nodes, combined least cost path output, protected areas, the 500 m resolution conductance surface (used for least cost paths and Circuitscape, but aggregated to 1km resolution in the latter) and the Circuitscape output.
