Abstract

Depth profile of planar features in the Argyle diamond mapped with multiphoton microscopy and the Nikon 20x 0.75 NA objective. The depth profile extends between ~240 µm and ~270 µm beneath the surface of the diamond. Red = second harmonic generation. Green = third harmonic generation. Blue = 2-photon excitation fluorescence. Cyan = 3-photon excitation fluorescence.
