Abstract

LPS+TLR4 signalling results in cytokine production and activation of STAT3 that regulates gene responsible for cell proliferation; FadA binds to E-cadherin resulting in decrease phosphorylation of the β-catenin which translocates to nucleus and results in cell proliferation through c-Myc.
