Exploring fungicide resistance in multiple fungal pathogens that infect plants, animals and/or humans

This poster describes how PHI-base curates fungicide-related pathogen–host interaction data, with a focus on experimentally validated chemical resistance phenotypes and their structured representation using the Pathogen–Host Interaction Phenotype Ontology (PHIPO). It highlights expert biocuration workflows that capture fungicide response phenotypes from the literature to support comparative analysis, resistance monitoring, and downstream data integration.
