CT and MR tissue segmentation pipeline for RT structure set generation in glioblastoma radiotherapy planning

This repository contains the CT- and MR-based segmentation workflows used to generate DICOM RT structure sets for radiotherapy planning in patients with glioblastoma. The workflows were implemented using open-source medical imaging software (Freesurfer/TotalSegmentator and Plastimatch) and were applied to produce standardised structure sets for downstream treatment planning and Delphi-based consensus evaluation
