Abstract
52sample-r1r2.zip contains 52 raw paired-end sequencing datasets (R1 and R2, FASTQ format) from bat fecal samples. The data are unfiltered and include sequences not yet assigned to individual samples. 52sample-metadata.tsv is the sample metadata file, used to distinguish different PCR products within the same sequencing library, providing information for demultiplexing and downstream analyses.
