Perifusion system setup without the bubble trap for kidney tissue metabolomics
Abstract
This file describes the setup of the PERI5 perifusion system (PERI5-115/230, Biorep Technologies Inc., Miami Lakes, FL, USA) for metabolomic experiments using kidney tubule and glomerular preparations. This protocol represents an author-developed adaptation for use with a commercially available perifusion system.
