Abstract
Observational cross sectional study (Hospital-based, February 2023–August 2024)Emergency department and intensive care unit of Manipal Teaching Hospital, Pokhara, Nepal.165 adult patients (mean age 66.5 years [95% CI 63.7–69.4], 56% female) requiring simultaneous ABG and venous sampling; exclusions included lack of consent , >1 hour between samples or medication/intervention between two blood sampling methods.
