Abstract

This study found that inner-peace can be built thru the synergistic interaction of three main components. First, constructive emotional release allows individuals to manage internal tension without destructive reactions. Second, restructuring thoughts helps change irrational thot patterns that trigger stress and anxiety. Third, belief in God's presence serves as a source of meaning, spiritual security, and coping that fosters existential tranquility. These three components, when combined, form a layered process that strengthens emotional, cognitive, and spiritual balance as the foundation for inner peace
