Abstract

Dataset Contents: 1. Remote Sensing Data - Built-up extent boundaries (2020) - Road network data extracted from OpenStreetMap (OSM) - Used for spatial unit delineation 2. Social Sensing Data - Point of Interest (POI) data from Gaode Map API - Real estate information from Anjuke platform - Building age and price attributes 3. Building Footprint Data - Source: China Multi-Attribute Building (CMAB) dataset - Features: Building outlines, heights, floor areas - Spatial coverage: Five cities in southern Jiangsu - Format: Shapefile/GeoJSON 4. Supplementary Materials - Official territorial spatial planning documents from the five cities' natural resources and planning authorities defined the geographic scope and classification criteria ("low-efficiency use land" and "mixed-function zones") for sample selection. Within these defined areas, individual sample parcels were carefully delineated through manual visual interpretation of high-resolution remote sensing imagery and intensive field validation, ensuring data quality and labeling precision.
