Ethical Dilemmas of a Suburban Middle Class
Abstract
This work presents an associative methodological framework for ethical leadership through a series of interconnected propositions. The text examines the relationship between majority consensus, factual determination, and ethical leadership, arguing that leaders inherit truths and lies regardless of their ability to distinguish between them. The framework establishes that ethical leaders are fundamentally organizational and amoral, with morality defined as inverted ethical amorality. The work explores the temporal nature of ethical judgment, suggesting that what is ethical becomes apparent only retrospectively when examined by the majority. Key concepts include the proposition that organizational recordkeeping is inherently good, that suffering represents the antithesis of good in ethical contexts, and that leaders operating outside systems of good can only lead in morally opposed frameworks.
