This code accompanies the paper "CLEAR-FORCE: A reservoir computing framework for closed-loop brain stimulation" and contains two Matlab scripts:burst_suppression.m: simulation of a population of recurrently connected Izhikevich neurons where a reservoir controller suppresses network bursts.burst_induction.m: simulation of a population of recurrently connected Izhikevich neurons where a reservoir controller induces network bursts.
