KEPERCAYAAN KONSUMEN MUSLIM TERHADAP PLATFORM ECOMMERCE SYARIAH: FAKTOR KOMUNIKASI DAN NILAI DI ERA DIGITAL
Abstract
The development of e-commerce in the digital era demands a high level of trust, particularly among Muslim consumers who consider the compliance of transactions with sharia principles. This study aims to examine the role of communication and Islamic values in building Muslim consumer trust in sharia-based e-commerce platforms. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with a PRISMA approach through searches on Google Scholar. Out of 200 identified articles, after the selection process and eligibility analysis, 17 relevant articles were obtained for analysis. The findings indicate that transparent, honest, and ethical communication, along with the application of Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness) and justice, play an important role in increasing Muslim consumer trust. Trust is influenced not only by technological aspects but also by the platform’s consistency in implementing sharia principles. This study emphasizes that the integration of ethical communication and Islamic values is a key factor in the success of sharia-based e-commerce in the digital era.
