Abstract
The studies mentioned above highlight the necessity of an integrated approach to addressing the issue, combining all available materials and employing modern digital technologies. It is essential to specify the fundamental accuracy requirements for geodetic reference networks and projected control points near the hydroelectric power plant. For instance, the average squared error in the planned positioning of control points was 3 cm, which serves as a reliable criterion for field measurements. Regarding the height component, the error was approximately 3-4 cm. If discrete control points are installed in close proximity, the accuracy may slightly decrease due to the accumulation of methodological errors. The coordinate system used during measurement processing plays a crucial role, as it depends on the established grade surface relative to which the orthometric (normal) heights of control points and points within the geodetic network are calculated, Fig. 2.
