The TH-GFP allele produced by insertion of the GFP gene into the targeted site is detected as a 1.5 kb band. “T1” represents knock-in iPSCs at the target site. The numbers 3, 5, 6, 7 and 3, 6 indicate the knock-in clone numbers derived from the control JB6 and PRKN-mutant PH13 iPSC lines, respectively.
