Linkage map of Macrobrachium rosenbergii
Abstract
The first ever SNP-based linkage map was constructed in Macrobrachium rosenbergii using GBS technology, which not only revealed one-to-one correspondence with its 59 chromosomes, but also demonstrated practical utility in refining genome assembly by anchoring previously unplaced scaffolds, providing a foundational resource for future genetic, genomic, and aquaculture advancements.
