Abstract

This data corresponds with a retrospective chart review of 114 patients who underwent adipose-derived stem cell (ADSC) harvesting via a mini-liposuction in our clinic. We investigated the influence of donor age, donor sex, and isolation techniques (enzymatic vs mechanical processing) on stromal vascular fraction (SVF) viability and total nucleated count (TNC).
