Abstract

In this study, we reported the first gap-free T2T genome of greater amberjack combing DNBSEQ short reads, PacBio HiFi long reads, Hi-C, and ONT ultra-long reads data. The genome spans 693.45 Mb with contig N50 of 29.32 Mb. 98.62 % of genome sequences were anchored on 24 chromosomes without gaps. 48 telomeres were identified on both ends of all chromosomes.
