Epinephelus bruneus reference
Abstract
The longtooth grouper (Epinephelus bruneus) is an economically significant marine fish endemic to East Asia, currently listed as vulnerable due to population decline. Genomic information serves as a crucial foundation for conservation efforts and the development of molecular breeding programs. Here we assemble a high-quality chromosome-level genome of E. bruneus.
