Raw data from "Brain-wide neurodynamics through wakefulness and anesthesia"

This dataset contains zebrafish calcium imaging data, extracted df/f tabular data, and neuronal coordinate files. It involves one Tg(huc: GCaMP6f; Brn3C: GFP) zebrafish and contains three minutes of raw data collected under three conditions: awake, anesthesia, and recovery.The dataset is organized as follows:f1-state.tar.part: Split TIFF file archives containing calcium imaging data with brain region mask for zebrafish.f1-state-dff.csv: Extracted df/f signal files.f1-state-co.csv: Coordinate files containing neuron IDs.
