Complete data file of otolith δ13C, δ13C Suess adjusted, and δ18O for juvenile (age-0/1) tunas (Thunnus spp.) collected from 1998 to 2022. Species of tuna are denoted as ALB (albacore), ABT (Atlantic bluefin), BET (bigeye), BKT (blackfin), PBT (Pacific bluefin), and YFT (yellowfin).
