Abstract

We innovatively combine theoretical deduction via evolutionary game theory with empirical validation via structural equation modeling, forming a closed-loop research path of "mechanism explanation-performance verification." This provides a methodological exemplar for connecting micro-level agent interactions with macro-level organizational performance.
