Abstract

This study utilizes a computational approach to analyze textual data regarding the Jiande Tofu Bun industry planning. The dataset, comprising interview transcripts and policy documents, is first evaluated using the Wuli-Shili-Renli (WSR) system methodology to quantify physical, managerial, and human dimensions. Subsequently, Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) is applied to extract key feature vectors from the corpus. These vectors are processed using the Fuzzy C-Means (FCM) algorithm to partition the data into three distinct clusters. This hybrid analysis reveals latent thematic patterns, offering a structured quantitative basis for understanding industrial development strategies.
