Microbial Analyzer

Here, I am presenting a genesis of my universal panacea project with a short step of microbial analyzer. This analyzer will help to identify and analyse the DNA, RNA , protein related features like its comparison, sequence, blast, phylogenetic tree, alignment, taxonomy and may be more with future development. And most important this code works for multiple kingdom of microbes like bacteria, virus, prions, viroid, protozoa and other.
