Abstract

Genotyping data :putative hybrids between S. scrofa domesticus and Potamochoerus (larvatus and porcus),Potamochoerus (larvatus and porcus),local domestic pigs.Genotyping was performed using the GeneSeek Genomic Profiler 70 K high density (GGP70KHD) porcine array (Illumina, USA) comprising 68,516 porcine SNPs (Single Nucleotide Polymorphism).
