Abstract

This study is based on an integrated set of field measurements, laboratory experiments, and numerical simulations conducted at the W23 underground gas storage (UGS) site. The datasets include flowback-assisted minifrac pressure–rate records, interpreted in-situ stress magnitudes and orientations, laboratory triaxial and fault-gouge permeability measurements under controlled effective stress, history-matched reservoir simulation outputs, and derived results from coupled poroelastic finite-element modeling (e.g., slip tendency, Coulomb failure stress, and stressing-rate metrics).Additional derived data or methodological details may be made available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request, subject to data-sharing agreements and approval from the data owner.
