JAFFA_REFERENCE_FILES_MM39_GENCODEVM38.small

This file contains the reference files needed for JAFFA (version 2.5) for the mm39 version of the mouse genome and version 38 of gencode. It should also be compatible with earlier versions of JAFFA. This is the 'small' tar-ball, which contains the minimum reference file set and must be further processed with the script, prepare_reference.sh supplied with the JAFFA pipeline code.
