Abstract

This document presents a theoretical analysis of the Nipah virus and its proteins to identify potential vaccine targets and antiviral strategies. The analysis focuses on viral proteins that could trigger an immune response (antibodies and T-cells) and distinguishes these from proteins more relevant for antiviral inhibition. This project was completed by a 14-year-old student with limited prior experience; no experimental work was performed. It is a conceptual school-level project aimed at understanding virus structure and vaccine design.
