This figure set illustrates four essential analytic moments in a propensity score analysis conducted in R: data simulation and baseline group differences, unadjusted group comparison, covariate-adjusted analysis, and propensity score matching with balance diagnostics. The screenshots are derived from a simulated Human Resource Development (HRD) training scenario and are intended to demonstrate methodological implications of non-randomized group comparisons.
