Abstract

Raskinella chloraquaticus MAGs assembled and binned as a part of the Drinking Water Genome Catalogue (DWGC). The dataset consists of 42 MAGs and are further divided into two subspecies: Lineage 1 (L1) and Lineage 2 (L2).
