JAFFA_REFERENCE_FILES_HS1_CATLIFTOFFGENESV1.big

This file contains the reference files needed for JAFFA (version 2.5) for the T2T (hs1) version of the human genome and liftOff annotation. Note: it is not compatible with earlier versions of JAFFA. This is the 'big' tar-ball, which contains all the reference files required by JAFFA. If this file is too big for downloading, we recommend downloading the 'small' tar-ball by running the prepare_reference.sh script supplied with the JAFFA pipeline code.
