JAFFA_REFERENCE_FILES_MM39_GENCODEVM38.big

This file contains the reference files needed for JAFFA (version 2.5) for the mm39 version of the mouse genome and version 38 of gencode. It should also be compatible with earlier versions of JAFFA. This is the 'big' tar-ball, which contains all the reference files required by JAFFA. If this file is too big for downloading, we recommend downloading the 'small' tar-ball by running the prepare_reference.sh script supplied with the JAFFA pipeline code.
