In the video, we show how change flow and pressure during hysteroscopic examination depending on the instrument used: with the Redpine hysteroscope, the introduction of instruments into the operating channel never modifies the flow of the distension medium, which instead always remains constant since the management of the fluids is different compared to the Bettocchi hysteroscope.
