Next Interior Fellows - Final Reports

These two projects focus on separate but essential parts of the mission of the US Department of the Interior: critical minerals and public lands. Vanessa Raymond brought Alaskans into the studio to discuss critical minerals and the future of technology, society, and energy together on her weekly radio show, Them Thar Hills, on KSUA 91.5 FM (Fairbanks). Adam Auerbach's project focused on hearing from folks who were not federal personnel departing the agency in 2025, but who have perspectives from living out in public lands communities, predominantly in the West.Their reports, included in this repo, summarize what they heard through the engagements, and are a testament to people's interest in the Department and how it serves the Nation.
