Dataset for the article titled: Animal Rights and Animal Welfare in Turkish Newspaper Coverage: Media Discourses Shaping Policy and Societal Values

This study examines how ethical issues related to animal rights and animal welfare are represented and framed in national newspaper coverage in Türkiye. Print editions of the three highest circulation newspapers were systematically reviewed over a one-year period, and 269 articles containing moral, legal, or policy-related content were analyzed using a combined parametric and thematic approach. Attached file is the datased used for the study.
