Abstract

Fig. 1 Structural analysis of the DNA-damaging drug-induced interaction between LC3B and Ku70. (A-B) Co-immunoprecipitation assays. 293T cells were transfected with the plasmids expressing (A) V5-Ku70 and HA-LC3B (wild-type (WT), Q49/51, or A68/69/70) and (B) HA-LC3B and V5-Ku70 (WT, A432/435, or A525/528). Immunoblots of immunoprecipitated complexes and lysates were performed with the indicated antibodies.
