FEVS Presentation
Abstract
This dataset is a randomized subset (N=5,000$) of the 2012 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS). It includes the original survey items and the calculated scales for Intrinsic Motivation, Trust, Goal Directedness, and Extrinsic Motivation. The included R script replicates the 3-profile Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) used in the associated research poster.
