Abstract

A) UCSC cancer browser analyses of CDCA2, PPP1R8, PPP1R10, RIF1and Ki-67 the expression levels compared to MYC expression in the TCGA breast database (https://www.cancer.gov/tcga) and stratified for the ER, PR and HER2 status. B) Flow cytometry profiles of Ca1H cell line transfected with control Si or CDCA2 Si oligos for 36 h. The numbers represent the percentage of cells in each stage: sub-G1, G1, S and G2/M. C) MTT assay. D) Expression levels of CDCA2 and genes bound by CDCA2 (From Supplementary Table 1 , GSE84035) (27) in normal breast and in TNBC tumour samples; in green is low expression and red high expression.
