Abstract

Supporting data to SmartTrap: Automated Precision Experiments with OpticalTweezers (NMETH-A61532A)The excel files contains the data used in the different graphs, named accordingly to the figure they were used in. Thre are also several unedited image files. There are also weights for 3 neural networks. Lastly there is a recording of our SmartTrap instrument performing experiments autonomously for 10 hours, this is unedited but slightly compressed and a timer has been added to the bottom left corner.
