CAIS Architecture & Sal-Meter Technical Snapshot v1.1
Abstract
This document is a non-canonical technical helper / structural snapshot for engineers, principal investigators, technical leads, and external feasibility partners working toward a CAIS-aligned, research-stage Sal-Meter prototype. It compresses the current buildable CAIS stack, current build order, channel fixation, and canonical DOI map for the Sal-Meter kernel program. Current public status:This snapshot does not open a broad external competition at the beginning. The current build order is:External Layer-0 → SICS Internal Phase 0 (G-only) → Phase 1 (I-only) → Phase 2a (Twin Mini-Cell) → Phase 2b (G+I human pilot) → LOCK 1 / LOCK 2 review → post-lock SDK and broader opening. This document helps technical teams understand the stack without mistaking helper language for canonical authority. What this document does:- compress the buildable CAIS layer stack into a fast engineering view- show the current execution order so teams do not build against outdated public sequencing- fix the current technical posture for the I-channel, G-channel, twin structure, and validation direction- point builders upward to the canonical DOI layer for definitions, boundaries, and naming control What this document does not do:- redefine CAIS, Sal-Meter, OE / RE / EE, or VCE / CRI / CFI- authorize therapeutic, diagnostic, or certified-device claims- declare that broader external competition has already opened- replace the canonical definition, compliance boundary, or terminology control layer This snapshot is focused on:- Layer-0 feasibility and interface survival- G-only state gate logic- I-only reproducibility lock- Twin Mini-Cell leak discipline- research-stage implementation flow for technically serious teams Canonical authority remains fixed only in DOI-registered records on Zenodo and OSF.Current work remains research-stage, non-diagnostic, and non-therapeutic.Broader opening follows successful lock review.
