Abstract

This item provides a non-canonical helper / structural snapshot of the CAIS Aptamer G-Iodine minimal kernel diagram v1.1. It presents a signal-gating view of the M0 molecular interface, rewritten to match the current execution order, claims boundary, and post-lock broader-opening structure of the CAIS / Sal-Meter program. Scope:Measurement architecture only / non-therapeutic / non-diagnostic. Current public posture:Layer 0 remains a non-therapeutic signal interface. This helper does not open a broad competition, does not define clinical meaning, and does not override canonical authority. The current program order is:External Layer-0 → SICS Internal Phase 0 (G-only) → Phase 1 (I-only) → Phase 2a (Twin Mini-Cell) → Phase 2b (G+I human pilot) → LOCK 1 / LOCK 2 review → post-lock broader opening. This diagram compresses the recurring core of the Aptamer G-Iodine interface into one builder-facing view:where the molecule sits, what it gates, how it becomes measurable, and where governance begins. What this helper does:- shows M0 as a minimal signal-producing molecular gate rather than a therapeutic narrative- places the aptamer inside the external cartridge / measurement chamber boundary- connects molecular state transitions to downstream transduction, feature extraction, and canonical indices- anchors the diagram to the current CAIS / Sal-Meter helper and canonical stack What it does not do:- claim diagnosis, treatment, drug action, or validated device status- redefine OE / RE / EE or VCE / CRI / CFI- authorize non-aptamer or non-iodine substitutes to call themselves Sal-Meter- replace canonical DOI documents, terminology control, or publication boundary rules This resource is intended for aptamer researchers, biosensor engineers, PIs, and technical leads who need a compact visual anchor for discussing the current minimal kernel picture without interpretive drift.
