Directional Lensing Residuals at Cluster Merger Shock Fronts
Abstract
Energy-Flow Cosmology (EFC) is a regime-dependent gravitational framework in which deviations from General Relativity (GR) emerge only in late-time, structured environments, while linear early-universe physics remains dynamically suppressed. This validation ledger documents the current empirical and theoretical status of EFC across Solar System, galactic, cluster, and cosmological scales, explicitly separating field-derived results from phenomenological parametrizations and diagnostic tests.Key supported domains include regime-dependent galaxy rotation curves, high-redshift galaxy abundances, BAO transfer consistency across surveys, and Solar System screening via the Density Saturation mechanism. Linear-regime observables such as the CMB temperature spectrum remain consistent with GR due to enforced suppression of EFC corrections at high density and early times.Phenomenological weak-lensing tests (Case A) show significant fit improvements but shift inferred cosmological parameters away from Planck values, demonstrating that lensing amplitude modifications alone cannot resolve the S₈ tension. Full metric-level derivations for gravitational slip and lensing remain open theoretical requirements. Additional pending falsification fronts include halo mass-function evolution and self-consistent modified-growth implementations. The ledger establishes a transparent, regime-aware validation structure that identifies where EFC is supported, where it is merely consistent, and where decisive theoretical development or empirical testing is still required.
