Phylogenetic alignment and tree of Mycocaliciales (ITS, LSU, mtSSU)
Abstract
Concatenated ITS, LSU and mtSSU alignment and corresponding phylogenetic tree used in the description of Joanplanasomyces balearicus (Mycocaliciales). The alignment was analysed using Bayesian inference and maximum likelihood approaches. Supplementary table listing the GenBank accession numbers of all sequences used in the phylogenetic analysis.
