Abstract

The study used an adult emotional development questionnaire composed of 48 items grouped into five dimensions: emotional awareness, emotional regulation, social skills, emotional autonomy, and skills for life and well-being. Responses were collected on a five-point Likert scale, with higher scores indicating greater emotional well-being. The instrument provided quantitative indicators that served as input variables for Machine Learning models to identify key predictors of emotional well-being in university professors.
