Abstract

In this study, we generated a high-level, chromosome-level genome assembly of T. murphyi using long-read and Hi-C sequencing. This highly contiguous genome assembly provides a valuable resource for advancing our understanding of the genomic structure and genetic traits of T. murphyi, laying a solid foundation for future fishery management and conservation strategies.
