Abstract

Heatmap displaying percentage overlap between WGCNA modules (rows) and DEG sets from 8 key comparisons (columns). Color intensity indicates overlap percentage (0-50%). Module sizes shown in parentheses. Confirms that sex-associated modules (Module_9, Module_2) show high overlap with sex-comparison DEGs, while Module_8 shows strong overlap with CFA treatment effects, validating concordance between analytical approaches.
