Abstract

Genes identified as network hubs in three or more STRING protein-protein interaction networks across all DEG comparisons. Contains 95 genes ranked by recurrence frequency, with columns for gene symbol, number of comparisons where gene appeared as hub, average hub score, average degree centrality, and list of comparisons. Top hubs include odorant receptors (Or56a, Ir8a, Obp83a, Or92a) appearing in 6 networks each, indicating conserved chemosensory gene networks across treatment and sex conditions.
